If ever there was a November that needed grateful hearts, this is the one! Throughout a trying and painful 2020 it’s been easy to list our challenges and grievances, worries and fears. It still is.
Saying “thank you” will bring our blessings into focus and, hopefully, blur our complaints. It will lift our spirits and lighten our hearts—and bless the God who blesses us.
I am going to follow my daughter-in-love/law Amy’s example and, each day from now till Thanksgiving, I’ll post on Facebook one thing I’m grateful for. Each Thursday I’ll blog a reminder.
Will you join me?
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
1 Chronicles 16:34
Beautiful, Barbara!! Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂
Thank you!!! Barbara for reminding us to give thanks. I will join you today!
We know that God calls us to give thanks in everything and as we do The Lord Drives out worry and fear and fills our heart with peace and joy.
Barb, I couldn’t agree with you more! I am in!
